Vacuum transfer: Principle

A principle that makes the difference!

The vacuum pump 1 generates in the feeder 2 a negative pressure that enables to exhaust in a drum or a bag (through a pipe 5), or under a hopper, a container or a silo (through a connection cone 4) the product to be transferred. A very high efficiency filter separates the transported product from the air sucked in by the vacuum pump. At the end of the programmed transfer time, the vacuum valve 3 closes, the outlet gate 6 opens, the feeder 2 empties and a filter declogging cycle starts. Through a solenoid valve, the air tank empties instantly into the declogging chamber cleaning the filter by reverse flow. The opening/closing time of valves can be set by time outs. The total duration and the number of declogging operations can be set separately. At the end of the declogging cycle, a new transfer cycle starts.
